Customer Information Mastery Assessments (CIMA)
This toolkit assesses over 200 areas of best
practice and enables us to help organizations understand how
they are currently performing in all areas of their customer
information capability. With input from the client, we then
project forward across a five year time frame, identifying the
impact of potential improvement in each area. By
establishing a ‘helicopter view’ of an organization’s data
assets and existing practices, CIMA allows an organization to
understand the impact of making these individual improvements
and then to understand the impact of combining improvements into
a program over a period of time. We prioritize our
recommendations according to business and financial impact and
provide indicative costs, timescales and the nature of the
investment required. We also flag up any activities that are
dependent on other improvements being made in advance. We can
also identify any constraints to implementation of the plan,
such as scarce skill sets. Together this provides a robust,
pragmatic analysis of the financial costs and benefits of making
specific investments in customer information together with the
practical steps that must be taken, so the organization's
leadership team can take an informed view of what changes will
have the maximum bottom line impact.
