THE HUMAN TOUCH

And the Academy Award goes to... John McKean’s Shakespearean ...performance (as Keynote for the Pan-Pacific Marketing Conference)... drew everybody’s attention...

I expected the line “Alas, poor customer, I knew him Horatio...” to burst from his lips at any time, but...

I must give credit where credit is due. McKean’s “human touch” theory has a lot of merit, and he was able to demonstrate a correlation between the human touch and increased profits, which is what delegates were there for.
